1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser or on your device on your first visit. They allow the site to remember your preferences, measure traffic or show relevant content.
Besides cookies we also use similar technologies – the browser’s local storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) and third-party pixels. For simplicity we refer to all of them collectively as “cookies”.
The legal basis for using cookies outside the essential category is your freely given, informed and active consent within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll. (the Electronic Communications Act), which implements the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC as amended by 2009/136/EC.
2. The categories of cookies we use
2.1 Essential cookies – always active
Essential cookies are technically necessary for the basic operation of the website. Without them the site would not work properly. They do not require your consent, as they fall under the controller’s legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and are expressly exempt from the consent requirement under the ePrivacy Directive.
| Name | Purpose | Type / duration |
|---|---|---|
| agiqo.consent.v1 | Stores your cookie decision so the banner does not reappear on every visit. | localStorage / persistent (until changed manually) |
| __vercel_live_token | Technical token for the Vercel preview environment (development only). | Session |
2.2 Analytics cookies – only with consent
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the site – which pages are the most popular, where visitors come from and where they leave. The data is anonymised and is not used to directly identify individuals.

| Vercel, Inc. | Vercel Analytics (anonymous operational data) | USA (SCCs) | Session / no cookie |
2.3 Marketing cookies – only with consent
Marketing cookies are used to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and to show relevant advertising on other websites. The data may be shared with advertising networks.
| Provider | Tool | Data transferred to | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Meta Platforms Ireland | Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc) | USA (SCCs) | 90 days |

3. How to manage your cookie consent
You give your consent on your first visit to the website via the cookie banner. You have the right to change or withdraw your consent at any time – without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
You can adjust your cookie settings at any time by clicking the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer. There is no need to revisit this page.
You can also manage cookies directly in your browser settings:
- Chrome – Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox – Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari – Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge – Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Cookies and site permissions
Blocking all cookies in your browser may limit the functionality of the website. Managing consent through our banner allows a granular choice without affecting essential functions.
4. Data transfers to third countries
Analytics and marketing scripts transfer data to the USA. The transfer is safeguarded by standard contractual clauses (SCCs) under Article 46(2)(c) GDPR. By enabling cookies in the relevant category you acknowledge this. No transfer takes place before you give your consent.
